Unfortunately, all products are considered cosmetic items and cannot be returned. No refunds.

Please be sure to call (404) 399 -5401 before any replacements or exchanges can begin. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a need for replacement or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
